- drawing up applications for initiating an enforcement proceeding and representing Client in such a proceeding, in close cooperation with court enforcement officers all over Poland
- filing appeals against activities of court enforcement officers in situation of breach of procedure which adversely affects the Client
- providing litigation protection for people affected by enforcement proceedings by means of an anti-enforcement suit
