- providing full legal support to entities which engage in personal data processing as part of their marketing activities (e.g. loyalty programmes, competitions, lotteries, online marketing)
- drafting personal data transfer agreements and non-disclosure agreements
- drafting documents pertaining to personal data processing (security policy, consents granted)
- representing Clients in proceedings before the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data as well as in court proceedings pertaining to personal data protection
