- drafting and negotiating contracts to perform a work (e.g. websites, packaging designs, displays, POS materials), copyright agreements, including agreements for transferring proprietary copyrights, licence agreements, implementation agreements, service and maintenance agreements
- drafting legal opinions regarding copyrights, industrial property law, personal and image rights protection
- conducting legal due diligence of business entities in the area of intellectual property
- representing Clients in disputes regarding copyrights, industrial property rights; representing Clients in proceedings before the Patent Office
