- legal advisory at the stage of concluding, amending and terminating the employment relationship
- drafting and verification of managerial contracts, non-competition agreements as well as other civil law contracts
- preparing internal regulation and bylaws, including work and remuneration regulations, anti-discrimination and anti-mobbing policies, policies on employee monitoring and privacy, as well as use of entrusted property
- assisting in employment restructuring, in particular, within the scope of individual and group layoffs, employment establishment transformation, and employee outsourcing
- representing Clients in employment litigation and dispute resolution
